If the players "strike" the all-star game, then they used the basics of my idea in their own way. The key to my idea was a "pre-emptive" warning to both the owners and the players via a 2 inning boycott , and do it before a strike happens.

This all-star boycott by the players is a variation to my strike theme. You'd think they would have been ridiculed by their peers.
